Waterjet cutting technology allows cutting even the hardest materials. Aviation uses the technology for cutting titanium, acidproof steel, kevlar and aluminium. This process allows manufacturing: fuselages, fuselage parts and aircraft engine components.

Waterjet cutting is also used for cutting various soft materials that constitute aircraft fittings, for instance: guards, linings, upholstery and seats.

The waterjet cutting technology is commonly used in the aviation industry due to the high cutting precision and the ease of machining difficult materials widely used in this sector.

Considering the safety requirements that are explicitly related to the aviation industry, the WATERJET type machines allow cutting materials using a cold-water jet, which prevents the machined elements from physical damage and deformations.
